I love our maintenance team. The knob on my dryer would not work. I was going out of town the next day. I get an email the next day that my dryer was fixed. That made my weekend.

We have been here for a year and as much as I would love to live closer to my work I really like this area. We are close to all the shopping area.The people are nice and my neighbors are very friendly and nice. My granddaughter loves the pool. The maintenance team does great on getting things done as soon as tickets are put in. I am over all happy with our decision to move here. I do wish the dog park was bigger, but I believe that is my only complaint I have. Would definitely recommend the... apartment to anyone who might be looking to move this direction

Great overall experience, wouldn’t mind an extra trash pickup from the main trash area.
The location is premium, surprisingly quiet while being next to everything that is needed in our everyday lives.
The events at Wakefield are a welcomed experience that me and my family enjoys.
Looking forward in continuing my residency.

If my neighbors were more considerate of having someone beneath them it would be a 5. I also do not think the urgency for my maintenance team understanding my work orders and issues are fair
