FUTURE TENANTS PLEASE READ

Option 1 — Straight to the point

*** Future tenants, PLEASE READ! The parking/visitor policy here is ridiculous. Visitors are only allowed to park on the property 7 times per month. My mother is elderly and sick, and because of this policy, I have to park on the street and walk all the way to the apartment in 100-degree Texas heat. This is completely unreasonable and extremely inconvenient. Management needs to seriously reconsider this policy. Know the rules before you sign a lease! Or you will... be out $400 everytime they tow you!! Tow trucks come through more than once a day sometimes

Love it here

The Best Placed to Live

I have been a Resident for the past 3 years. The place was old and looked old. Management changed last year with new rules as to patios, windows and doorways. Almost immediately the place looked cleaner and the people moving in were of a better class and quality.
At the end of last year we were notified that the property had ben sold and we were afraid that the management team would change as well but, fortunately, it did not. What changed was the amount of investment that was put into the... property. Landscaping was done, the buildings were painted an new amenities were added. It is now a very beautiful place!
As people are moving out the units are being remodeled from head to toe. Quartz Countertops, new flooring and great fixtures are in each unit. The prices have gone up but, for us, it is worth it. We recently decided that we wanted a remodeled unit and love it!
Way to go Team Bradford!
