Very rundown poor apartments no gate no safety trash everywhere, many run down with vacant apartments as well they do not answer the phone as well, but I bet you they will answer the phone on the first of the month to take people money

We understand that the ongoing construction throughout the community may be inconvenient and, at times, disruptive to our residents. We sincerely appreciate your patience and understanding as we work to make important improvements to the... property.
As previously communicated, residents were made aware that several buildings throughout the community are currently undergoing construction. In addition, the community grounds are being repaved, and the exterior painting of all the buildings is underway. These projects are part of a larger effort to improve the appearance, functionality, safety, and overall quality of the community.
As an additional security measure, community gates are also being installed. When we assumed the management of the property, there were no gates in place. The installation of these gates is intended to provide an added level of security and protection for our residents and the community.
Several upgrades are being completed simultaneously, which has resulted in multiple construction teams working throughout the property. We recognize that having construction crews, equipment, and activity throughout the community can be frustrating and may temporarily affect residents’ daily routines. Please know that these improvements are being undertaken with the long-term benefit of the community and its residents in mind.
We are committed to keeping residents informed throughout each phase of construction. Notices have been posted, and we regularly communicate updates via email as projects progress and new phases begin.
We truly appreciate your patience, cooperation, and understanding during this period of improvement. We recognize that construction can be challenging, and we are grateful for your continued patience as we work toward creating a safer, more attractive, and improved community for everyone.
