Community is very good and all enmities are available to access easily. Beautiful walk view at lake side and play area is also good. We are exploring more as we came recently.

Friendly staff. Maintenance requests are answered in a timely manner. Gate app could use an upgrade. Grounds are not the cleanest, spiderweb cleaning and power washing could be more frequent.

Maintenance is not good nowadays. Staff also not responding on time. We need to reach out multiple times to finish any work.previous staff was really good.

I haven’t arrived yet… But the front office staff has been very helpful. Every step of the way, making the move-in experience. Very easy. I think I will be very happy here for the next 15 months.

There’s always gate issues, sometimes you have to get of your vehicle to use the app to open the gate but even that don’t work either. The way some residents leave their trash outside the trash bin.
