I’m giving as accurate and fair of a review as I can. The team in the leasing office is great, specifically Ibrahim and Ali, both of whom have jumped to help immediately and do what they can to give me information if nothing else. The maintenance team has fallen off a cliff since management changed hands. I don’t mind waiting for a request, but no communication concerning a leak in the ceiling for two weeks is extremely frustrating and multiple instances of entering my apartment before the leak... without notice or permission caused me not to renew. The service line has been mostly helpful when it works, but it doesn’t always work. Additionally, the new management team gives very little notice of when maintenance is coming in (old team would give 2 weeks notice for routine maintenance when they could, this team barely gives 48 hours) and often either the dates are wrong or maintenance isn’t complying with the dates set by the office. I’ve had very few pest problems, mostly in the hallways and garage rather than my unit. The trash room on floor L1 of 150 is disgusting, but that’s a tenant problem. The cleaning team does what they can to keep it clean and orderly. My neighbors have mostly been great. The walls are thick, so can’t hear anyone on either side of me. Expected amount of noise from my upstairs neighbor (footsteps, moving furnitures sometimes, never too disruptive). A lot of bugs get in through the patio door if you’re on the ground level (mostly crickets in my experience). Building 150 has a faulty fire alarm system that goes off randomly and has happened frequently enough that people don’t even evacuate anymore, so would STRONGLY URGE not living in that building (this was my building.) Overall, would’ve renewed if not for maintenance illegally entering my apartment multiple times and the fire alarm issue
