This has been the first time in a while I've renewed a lease. I'm so happy in this building I don't see myself moving out any time soon. From the location, to the building, to the amenities I'm really enjoying living here.

Negatives - Garbage shoot remains open a lot and smells through the hallway, walls are thin, no pool, outside public eliminate the community feel, weed smoke smell through the sidewalks, and during the warmer weekends the crowds are louder and larger. TV in the gym stopped working. Getting packages are scary
Positives - Close to the hwy. Quiet weekdays are really nice to walk around. Mornings are my favorite time here and the sidewalks are peaceful. I love the windows to the loft. Gym is pretty... nice overall. A simple way of life for a geobachelor that goes home often. The studio apts are spacious.
