Haygood Halls

I really enjoy living here. I just wish they wouldn't close the pool so early. Those of us that live upstairs really like to sit around the pool and just enjoy the outdoors. It stinks that the weather stays nice well into late October but we can't use the space to enjoy nature and visit with our neighbors.

We are enjoying living here it is well maintained and grounds well maintained and the office staff are extremely helpful and friendly. The pool is very nice

I love the community, but I wish I had known that smoking is permitted inside the apartments. Even though the units have separate HVAC systems, I can still smell cigarette smoke coming through the vents in my apartment. At times, it smells like the neighbors are smoking inside my unit.
I reported this to the property management team, and maintenance attempted to seal the areas around the HVAC system to prevent the smoke from coming in, but it didn’t work. I can still smell it. Because of this, I... have to keep all the vents closed and keep my windows open for ventilation, which is miserable on hot days.
It’s also dangerous to allow smoking in a community where some tenants have dementia and use oxygen tanks. That’s a serious safety concern for me.

good so far. we have enjoyed living here so far. it is clean and well maintained. the management is very helpful as needed. they check filters and smoke alarms regularly.

The Community is great, the staff is not. The staff is not helpful always putting me down when I go to the office or on the phone. One of them hides behind the monitor which is so unprofessional I have been stopped by her at the entrance I cannot go in the office. She claimed that she doesn't check messages, so why is there a voicemail on the phone? Over a month now I have been asking for my schrubs to be trimmed no response. I was asked to send pictures, then I was asked to put it in writing... which I did still no response. This is what we are paying for. Read More
