Good experience awful ending
We lived here for 18 months in a Barrier unit. The community is nice, the gym is great, and the waterfront location is beautiful.
That said, there were several downsides. The kitchen in our unit was small and dark, while the guest bathroom was oversized and felt like wasted space. The pool is one of the property’s biggest selling points, but it usually closes around 6:30–7:00 p.m., so you can’t enjoy the sunset despite it being west-facing on the water. It’s also closed every Monday and has... strict guest limits.
The mandatory internet package was frequently down, and there seemed to be constant apartment inspections that felt unnecessary.
Our biggest frustration was the leasing office. Due to miscommunication, we ended up paying for an entire extra month’s rent after we had already moved out. We were good tenants who even tried to help organize community events, so the experience was especially disappointing. Unfortunately, communication from the leasing office was often inconsistent, making the move-out process much more frustrating than it should have been.

Lauren, we’re sorry to hear your experience ended on a disappointing note. We’re glad there were parts of the community you enjoyed, including the location and gym, and your comments regarding communication, amenities, and the move-out process will... be shared with our team. Please contact the office directly if you have any remaining questions.
