I have had a lot of maintenance request ignored, and when speaking to office about it just seems like I’m a burden. Think it’s wild to pay money and not have the necessities met

Things have been alright. I love that I can have my dog here so that is a major bonus for me. The maintenance staff is friendly as well as the office staff. My favorite staff member is Ariz!

It is a good complex, the workers and maintenance are very attentive and friendly. I think the prices/charges are a bit excessive for the quality of the apartments, but that’s most apartments in 2025 unfortunately, it’s a good place to live or start off at.

It has been good up until the second night and o cannot use my washer. I am paying for the amenities and this should have all been checked on before I moved in. Shouldn’t have to take me to check around after move in and now I have to go pay to wash.
